UK watchdog considers probe into Home Office's use of OpenAI GPT-4 tools
A UK government watchdog is weighing an investigation into the Home Office’s use of OpenAI’s GPT‑4 and Microsoft Foundry tools for asylum case summarisation after concerns about accuracy and secrecy. The Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration has asked Open Rights Group to provide information following a six‑month inquiry.
