These terms govern your use of Deltaday (readdeltaday.com). By signing in or joining the waitlist you agree to them, and to our privacy policy.

The service

Deltaday publishes a daily briefing on developments in AI, personalised by role and topic, on the web and by email or Slack. It is currently a free, invite-only private beta: features may change, and we may pause or end the beta.

Your account

Accounts are personal. Keep access to your email secure, since sign-in links are sent there. Tell us at jaswantsinghjsn@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.

About the content

  • Briefings are generated with the help of AI models from public news sources and link to the original articles. They may contain errors or omissions; check the linked source before relying on anything important.
  • Content is for general information. It is not legal, financial, investment or other professional advice.
  • Articles, names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We publish short summaries with links; the original reporting remains the publisher's.

Acceptable use

Please don't scrape or bulk-copy Deltaday, republish briefings as your own, share your account, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. You're welcome to share individual stories and links.

Third-party links

We link to external sites we don't control and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.

Ending use

You can stop using Deltaday at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes and contact
