Apple Backports CoreGraphics Fix to Older iPhones and iPads in iOS 18.7.11

Apple backported a high‑severity CoreGraphics out‑of‑bounds write fix (CVE‑2026‑86950, CVSS 8.8) to iOS 18.7.11 and iPadOS 18.7.11, covering iPhone XS, XS Max, XR and newer iPad models. The patch follows earlier releases for iOS 26.7.1 and macOS versions.
